Since 1953, Harlan’s BBQ & Catering, LLC has offered quality catering services featuring barbequed chicken, pork chops, ribs, brisket and steaks, using only the best grades of chicken, meats and side orders.
Our many years of catering have fine tuned our capabilities to efficiently feed small groups to groups of 6,000+ people with a hot, delicious, and freshly prepared meal that your group will be raving about when it’s time to plan your next event.
About the Owner
Bruce Frick has been the owner/operator of Harlan’s BBQ & Catering, LLC since purchasing the business in September of 1984. Mr. Frick has been in the food service business since he was 14, starting by working with his father at the former Ingall’s Restaurant in Bluffton, Ohio. After graduating, he accepted a position at the Milano Club in Lima, and eventually served as Head Chef there for 8 years.
